Kira brings a strong background in real estate, leadership and customer service to her role as Personal Assistant to Steven and Dawn Mason. 

With many years of experience in property management, she offers a practical understanding of the industry and a calm, organised approach to supporting the day to day operations of the business.

Having built her career within the Ray White Group, Kira is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and proactive work style. She works closely with Steven and Dawn to help ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard, while always keeping communication clear and priorities on track.

Kira takes pride in being approachable, dependable and supportive of both clients and the wider team. Her focus is on contributing to the continued success of the business through consistent service, strong organisation and a genuine commitment to doing things well.
