578 Beach Road Denhams Beach, NSW 2536

This is an older style small cottage waiting to be turned into a masterpiece.
So much potential, so close to Denhams Beach and handy to Surf Beach shops and amenities.
Can be renovated or just removed to build your Denhams dream, some interior walls apart from bathroom and laundry have been re-sheeted with gyprock so some of the asbestos has been removed. There are polished timber floorboards, air conditioning and is only a short stroll from the beach. It also has ocean views and must be seen to be appreciated as it would make a wonderful first home, holiday shack or a doer upperer.
